Andy and Mike were great when they worked on my ceiling that had water damage. Showed up promptly, actually returned the same day--within 30 minutes--when it turned out they needed additional supplies, did prompt and conscientious work, then cleaned up afterwards, even using a vacuum. Definitely a few steps up from the service other companies have provided in the past. Bonus points that they were funny and enjoyable to be around.

We had Drew come out for an estimate he was very thorough and a pleasure to talk to. We needed some work done on very short notice and they were booked out for a little while, so we didn’t end up using them this time. Even so, Heidi sent a thank you card just for considering them! To me, this speaks volumes about their professionalism, integrity, and genuine appreciation for customers. Although the timing didn’t work out, we were extremely impressed with the whole experience.

The work that was completed in our cellar area was great- it came out better than I anticipated. We also had some plumbing worked on as well as an access panel installed, and those issues were resolved as well. Overall, the guys were very friendly, on-time, and professional. They did their best to minimize a mess and clean up and worked with me to get services done in a timely manner. All in all, I will be utilizing their company again when needed and am happy with their service. Brandon went the extra mile to call into the office and provide a receipt in my email before leaving our home, when I placed cash in hand.

Working with Jake and Drew at BLM on our deck project was a really positive and outstanding experience! Drew listened to exactly what we wanted and made great suggestions for our project. Jake kept us well informed with an accurate timeline throughout the project and did an awesome job of managing everything along the way. Once we decided what we wanted, he took care of everything. We are thrilled with the end result after removing our old oversized outdated deck and adding something that perfectly meets our needs now. We would recommend BLM and would definitely work with them on any new remodeling or construction work in the future! Thank you!

We had our 2 car garage renovated to a living space for my father-in-law, Trevor was our project manager, we ran into a few hiccups, but he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied! He answered every call and question within minutes! Even on weekends! We are very satisfied with end product, so is my father-in-law, thank you Trevor!! I don't ever give 5 stars only because I always feel there is room for improvement no matter who you are! Keep up the great work Trevor!!
