Window World of Binghamton

I had Window World come out to give me an estimate after having Comfort Windows come here, i wasn’t very pleased with Comfort so that’s when i reached out for advice and they got recommended, from the beginning Bill has been amazing! He came and gave me a quote , didn’t push me to make a decision same day like Comfort did , i reached back out to him when i was ready to make the decision to just do it. I’ve reached out to him on several different occasions just for clarification and questions, he always answered right away! I’m so excited to see how they’re installed and i’ll be back to update this rating when it’s all done! Thank you so much Bill!

The crew did an excellent job of installing both windows and a door and storm door. The guys were professional--they arrived on time and worked steadily for the time they were here. It was a tricky job because my house is old and not square, but Bruce solved the problems and left me with a beautiful front door and lovely windows. I highly recommend Window World.

Window world came and replaced two front picture windows and a sliding glass door. The two men who came were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They cleaned up everything and explained how to use all of the functions on the windows and doors. I would highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Window World. Tyler and Dylan were our installers, and they did a fabulous job. They arrived on time, were professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They replaced 15 windows in just two days, and the quality of their work was outstanding. Our home already feels more updated and efficient!
