Pretty satisfied with the work that was done. Hard working team that was lead by foreman Mike. Quality of the roof installation looks good and should provide security and good looks for quite a few years. Foreman Mike was very good at keeping me appraised of what they were doing and readily addressed any of my concerns. The team got there early and was able to finish a 50+ square home in a day. Only issue I have is some of the finish work around facia trim is a bit rough however I think it can be touched up. I would recommend URP to friends and family.

I got quotes from multiple companies, and they were all in the same ballpark, but there were some key differentiators: - They were the first to return my call and schedule an appointment. - Andrey actually got on the roof during the estimation whereas the others did not. This simple act went a long way to ease my concerns about the potential of unexpected surprises. - We had several calls and emails after the fact. They were very attentive and patient when it came to answering my questions and making adjustments to the proposal. After deciding to move forward, the process was painless and the communication was great. On the day of, Vlad and his team showed up exactly when they said they would. He introduced himself to me and told me what to expect and how the day would go. He was very professional and friendly. His team was very careful and diligent in their preparation, execution, and clean up. In a matter of 12 hours they stripped, repaired, and replaced all 6 surfaces. I'm very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend them.

The Utica Roof team arrived promptly at the time they stated and started in on the work. The team was professional, courteous, informative and responded to any questions I had throughout the entire project. Site foreman kept me informed throughout the day explaining issues they encountered and was prompt with resolutions. Project manager stopped by to check in and worked with me on some additional costs that I was made aware of before I signed. Roof looks great and my wife and I are extremely happy we listened to the referral we were given. Great team and highly recommend!
