Sonmir at Roof Pro did an exceptional job with our new roof and gutters. We had dealt with roof repairs stemming from skylight leaks for over 2 years and it never got fixed. Sonmir came and very quickly figured out that our skylights were broken and the roof had poor ventilation and needed to be replaced. The price for a brand new roof and skylights was reasonable and he said he could finish the job, along with replacing our broken gutters, in 1 day. The team arrived on time, put tarp down outside the house and inside our bedroom with the skylight to ensure a proper clean up. The entire job was done that day, including fixing some rotten wood on the roof from the skylight leaks. He installed proper ventilation as well to ensure that our roof would last. He also helped us get a warranty that will cover roof repairs for labor and materials for a long time. He was very patient answering our questions and stands by the quality of his work. Could not be happier with Sonmir and the new roof and gutters that Roof Pro put in.

He conducted a thorough inspection, including checking the attic, walking on the roof in search for material damage, and guided us through all the options and materials without any pressure sales and cheap tactics. The quote was reasonable, and he was transparent that the original quote could be more due to unforeseen material damage. While the end quote was higher, we believe it was worth it. The work began precisely when scheduled. The crew was professional, hardworking, and highly respectful of our property. Roof Pro took care to protect our landscaping, patio, and outdoor fixtures throughout the entire project. We were especially impressed by their efficiency, completing the same day while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship. Compared to the other four companies we consulted, what sets this company apart is their close attention to the customer, answering ALL questions, and attention to detail. The new shingles are installed perfectly, and the flashing around the chimneys and vents is flawless, giving us complete peace of mind. We couldn't be happier with the results. Roof Pro originally replaced my roof 25 yrs ago, and did a great job then. We recently needed a new roof so I called them again. They replaced my roof and gutters last week, and they did another terrific job! Sonmir was great to work with, from the original (fair) estimate to completion of the job. He always responded to any questions, kept us updated, was there when the work was being done. He also used a drone to send us pictures of the roof, as the work progressed. A very nice touch! I highly recommend Roof Pro!

This is the second time I had my roof replaced by ROOF PRO. I needed a replacement because solar panels that I had installed were done incorrectly and caused major roof leaks. My first roof installation was over 20 years ago. I was extremely happy then and even more now. Sonmir, from Roof Pro, was a pleasure to work with. He is extremely professional, has knowledge of the business, and goes beyond and above to please his client. If I could give 20 stars I would. I highly recommend Roof PRO and all their hard working employees. They were neat, efficient and professional. Both jobs were done impeccably! I highly recommend Roof Pro!
