This was a great customer experience from start to finish. I called the office and spoke to a friendly knowledgeable agent who arranged to havemy roof looked at. The next day, Israel came to my house, laddered it and checked the roof. He saw the issue and told me the office would follow up with an estimate. The proposed work was clearly laid out as was the price. I approved the estimate and Israel returned with another mechanic to complete the work the following week. After completion he forwarded pics of the repair work to my phone. Leak Enders are doing exactly what a good company does. Excellent communication, timely friendly service and professional execution. Highly recommended!!

Once again, Spotless Gutters did not disappoint. They came to clean my dryer vent. The maintenance was completed from both within our home (where the pipe leads from my dryer) to the outside vent. The maintenance technician (shout out to Kepler Cevallos) worked methodically, left no mess, and removed all lint from the vent pipe, including blowing away all debris that escaped around the house. Last year (2024), I used a different company and they didn't even bother to clean the vent pipe from inside our home - only cleaning outside. I decided to try Spotless Gutters as they had already cleaned our gutters on a couple of occasions and we were very happy with the results ... and now I'll be using them in future for my dryer vent.

We started with them for gutter cleaning and I requested the gentleman to wait while I drive back to inspect and ask questions. Job was perfect; He was knowledgeable enough to give me advice about a potential roof leak which I was aware of but I was looking for honest advice and an estimate. Another gentleman, Israel came in the next day and he knew what he was talking about - we were on the schedule within 1 week; and I watched while they worked - excellent job; very happy. Highly recommend!!
