David and his team did a great job with the siding and gutters on our house. There were some intricacies to the job and David made sure to take care of all of the details that had been discussed during the planning stages.

I cannot speak more highly of this company! After 8 years, a few shingles were lifting. I called ML Best Roofing, and even though the workmanship warranty only covered 2 years passed the date of installation, Manuel was so gracious and fixed the issue including replacing the plywood free of charge. Definitely a trustworthy company. Highly recommend. They stand behind their work.

Manuel and his brother are the best! Highly recommended. I called a few places for estimates on a Chimney Cricket to divert water away from the chimney flat spots. His guy was there the next day for a quick estimate, they were able to do the job a few days later. Completed it in a couple of hours. He gave me the different options for flashing material and told me what the job entails. Great work, no leaks and satisfied with the job. Pictures tell the story.

We are so happy with ML Best! Look no further! After moving into our new home, the last thing we were expecting to have to do was install a new roof. Unfortunately we started experiencing multiple leaks and began calling roofing companies. ML Best was the first company we called and they came (the owner) the same day within a few hours (on a Saturday)! We received 5 estimates after ML Best provided us with an estimate and Manuel (owner) was the only person who truly took his time and explained everything to us. He was at our house for almost 2 hours inspecting the roof, inspecting the attic, and walking us through how and why certain things needed to be done. He also stayed in constant communication with us and was very responsive. We decided to move forward with ML Best and they were able to get us on the schedule within 2 weeks. ML Best also had the most favorable financing terms for a project of this size - 0% over 4 years! We have a 5,400 square foot roof which is a lot of roof (because our home is a ranch) and they completed the job in 2 days! They replaced all of the plywood and properly vented the attic by installing a fan in each attic (we have one on each side of our home). They also installed a ridge vent and replaced 2 sky lights. Manuel suggested the solar sky lights so we can open them with a remote which is awesome because we actually open our sky lights now! We also had an area of our roof that was a flat roof which was redone perfectly. Finally, we received an excellent warranty for our roof. The crew was very professional and they cleaned everything up very well. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend ML Best to anyone who asks!
