Herman/owner was extremely professional! Great communication throughout the process, and he addressed all of my concerns. Roof (rip and replace), new flashing, and chimney/masonry repair were all done beautifully. No more leaks from the old roof or the poor chimney flashing. Give him a call to get an honest estimate!

Herman and his crew were terrific! I had received three other estimates in addition to LI Construction, and I am pleased with my selection—prompt, courteous attention throughout the entire project and even afterwards. Herman has returned a few times to make adjustments for things we could only know after the project was completed. They were on-site for 2 weeks, on time and budget. I am thrilled and have recommended them to others who have also had work done. An entirely new roof down to the studs, new siding and seemless gutters.

I have known Herman and his team for over 10 years. My former house’s roof blew off during hurricane Sandy. Desperate to have the roof covered before more rain came, Herman came the next morning and helped tarp the roof. His crew then came back a few days later and replaced my roof. After this I have always used Herman for all of my roofing and siding needs. In 2021, they replaced all of the siding on my second house. I included pictures to show the dramatic difference and great work his team did. Most recently his team reroofed and sided my sheds. Herman is a consummate professional, always on time and courteous. His team does a great job and always clean up the job site so it looks like they were not there. I would recommend Long Island Construction Plus to anyone.

I had a great experience with George. He gave me estimates, suggestions and explained how long everything would take. He did a new Roof, added a portico, replaced 3 skylights, installed a chimney Chase, outdoor high hats, and a chandelier, replaced the gutters, added molding around my garage doors, installed a new driveway, and did a stoop and pavers. Some rain threw some work off schedule but they worked long days and weekends to complete everything on time.

Herman and his crew did such a wonderful job making my house beautiful! They worked tirelessly for 3 full days siding the front of my house! He even installed a much needed railing on the side of my front steps. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to have their home improvement done by a reliable company!
