King Quality Roofing and Siding

EDIT- THE ROOF & GUTTERS ARE DONE! Part 2 I cannot recommend King Quality enough! We had our roof installed on Wednesday and our gutters installed today, and the entire experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the very beginning, our salesperson Mark, production admin Lynn, project manager Mike, and job lead Christian made the whole process pleasant, smooth, and stress-free. The entire King Quality team was amazing every step of the way. The roofing crew showed up right on time, were courteous, professional, and clearly took great pride in their work. Mike kept us updated throughout the entire day, which we truly appreciated, and was wonderful to work with. Despite this being a monster job, they completed it all in one day, and when they left, you honestly would never have known they were here—except for our gorgeous new roof! In fact, I think my yard may actually be cleaner than when they arrived. Today, the gutter team came out and once again—on time, courteous, respectful, and efficient. The consistency across every team member really speaks volumes about this company. Bravo, King Quality, for a job exceptionally well done. You have earned a forever customer! Part 1- From the very first phone call to schedule our estimate, all the way through the salesperson’s arrival, this has been an absolutely amazing experience. Everything was seamless, professional, and welcoming from the start. Mark came to our door, and once we let him in, it truly felt like we were talking with a family member. He was clear, concise, and answered every single one of our questions with genuine care and patience. You can immediately feel how much he loves what he does and how proud he is of the company he works for—and that energy made all the difference. My fiancé and I were completely blown away by the experience. We have our install scheduled for this week and will absolutely be writing another review afterward, but we couldn’t wait to give credit where it’s due. Huge shout-out to Mark and the entire King Quality family for making this process so easy, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable.

Thank God for KING QUALITY! I was in a tight spot with a need for roof repairs on my main house, shed, gazebo, and swing. The main house was a major concern and very tricky, But the job was done, right! Thank you, Jeff, Dallas, Franklin, Mike, Jimmy, and the rest of the crew that worked tirelessly to get this done in a day and a half. My enormous skylight is gorgeous! And now I have the peace of mind that this house will survive winter and many many many years to come. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the extra TLC YOU PUT INTO MY LITTLE BUNGALOW.

I had King Quality replace the windows in my house. I’m very happy with the outcome. Anton came out to measure and also deliver the windows. He was very polite and professional. Gino and his crew came to do the job. They worked quickly and efficiently. I’ll attach before and after photos and you can decide for yourself if you think they did a good job.

Jeff, Mike, Tony and his team are simply the best. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were satisfied while completing the transformation on our home. Whether it be our roof, siding, windows or gutters, the team at King Quality are the best at what they do. Jeff, in particular, was a pleasure to deal with. They came out and got my roof done in 2 days. It had a lot of issues. I've done some roofing in the past and know when I see good work. King quality is very efficient, effective and a professional operation. Everything was cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend them if you need a roof. They will take care of everything and do it quick and do it right!
