B&B Siding and Roofing

Recently had roof and siding replacement done on our house. We are very satisfied with the work. The projected was completed as it was described by Ken during the consultation and contract signing. The crew was very professional and efficient in their job; Hector was very helpful with addressing our questions and concerns.

My experience with B&B was satisfactory from start to finish. Ryan Maness listened to my needs and presented his company’s capabilities, Laurie in the office handled communication, Hector and his men completed the work, and Krisztian Vamos managed the project. Every aspect, including follow-up was conducted professionally, and without a doubt if I ever require siding or roofing services in the future, I will contact B&B.

I very rarely hire anyone to do work for me because I am a highly skilled professional tradesperson that has worked with tools for 60 years. My roof on a rental property was leaking in a few places and the coating I used wore out so I set out to get a new roof because winter is coming soon and water damage cost way more than a new roof. I had 7 estimates and met all kinds of characters, but one stood out to be real, calm, professional, patient, articulate, and knowledgeable with his explanation of roofing materials, the process, and assessment of my roof, crawling into my attic with flashlight in hand doing a thorough investigation where he had access. His name is Ryan Maness and he even took my call on a Sunday. This is the kind of person that you rarely find in business. Now the real concern, what kind of crew does the work ? Well I usually have problems with any contractor, but NOT this time, these men showed up on time, put tarps down around my whole property, did an outstanding job ( and I know the difference ) and cleaned up great. It was a tough job because of the amount of bad sheeting rot underneath, that you cannot tell until the old roof is removed in some spots that we cannot be see because there was no access to see. They ended up changing 30 sheets of plywood when I contracted for only 10, the job forman Christian another class guy quickly got the other 20 sheets and were very reasonable with price on the addition 20 sheets they had to install which required much more labor with many cuts and shapes. They fixed my roof with the care and concern like it was their own house. The crew worked hard and put in extra time till 5PM and completed the whole job in one day. WOW extremely happy for once, B and B does it right. My neighbor passed by and said to me Mike if you hired them, I want them too, and another job for B and B because word of mouth means everything. My hat off to these guys.
