Great company to work with from start to completion!!! Nate, the sales rep was straightforward regarding options and potential extra costs that can't be known until the old roof is removed. That information really helped me to plan my budget. No "high pressure" sales tactics whatsoever. He understood my concerns and guided me to make the choices that worked for me. Stephanie in the office was an absolute delight. She kept me informed on when the job would be done and encouraged me to call if I had any questions or concerns. Fernando and the entire install crew were beyond amazing!! As a team they really impressed me, operating like a well oiled machine performing with skilled precision!!! I could not get over how great the new roof looked and they left my property spotlessly clean!! Last, but not least, a special thanks to Jack (and probably Stephanie persuading him to humor me😆) for getting that Pink Panther to sit on my roof and me getting a photo with him!!!! I am not one to leave reviews but have had it with this company. I have been dealing with them since getting work done in July. It is now January and still dealing with the lack of communication, quality control, and craftsmanship of Warner. You cannot trust a 5 star review from them because they pay you to leave one and refer them. They have been to my house more than I can count after complaining and calling constantly to fix issues that they created. Beginning with rushing through my roof in a downpour without covering it up leading to water running down my walls and attic. They most recently came out to replace a rotted sill plate that was also missed by the team. They performed the work after me complaining and still did not do it right. Instead they cut around the old sill anchor and said that is acceptable when the new sill is not even bolted to the foundation. This is due to not wanting to come back yet again to fix a mistake costing them more time and money. There is only 1 foreman for all job sites within the company leading to cut corners and sloppy work. Watch them closely if using because who only knows what shortcuts were taken when I wasn’t able to keep an eye on things which should not have to be done as a customer paying a lot of money for something to be done right.

Just had our roof replaced . It looks great!! It was an excellent experience Everyone at Warner is very friendly helpful and knowledgeable.. Thanks to Nate from sales for putting it all together and thanks to the crew who worked extremely hard in the cold to get it finished in 1 day. I would highly recommend Warner for all your roofing needs

We had gotten 3 estimates to replace the roof on our home AND garage (as well as gutters) and Warner was definitely the most reasonable for all that was included. Even though their sales rep was our first step to signing with them, he didn't try to "sell" us, or talk down to us. That part which we usually dread was seamless. When roof day came the workers protected our landscaping carefully, and we were provided aerial photos throughout the process so we could see what was going on. They finished it all in one day, no hidden surprises, and it was honestly a very good experience. When we had a few things we noticed after the project was done, Fernando (their excellent foreman) came by quickly to take care of the issues and made sure we were happy with the fixes. We would definitely recommend going with Warner if you need a roof. We've since heard nightmares about neighbors that used other companies and we're so glad our project went as smooth as it did. Warner has the years and experience we wanted, and at the end of the project we were so happy to know we picked the right company to do it because of how great it all turned out.

Great experience getting service. Workers are efficient, polite, quick, and do amazing work. A must use for roof replacement/repair. They keep you involved every step of the way. You're never out of the loop of the process. I'm glad I went with Warner Exteriors & Solar. You will, too. Fernando, the project manager, is amazing to work with. Thank you.
