I got my house sided with an original estimate of $18.000. After stripping the house of the old siding, I was told the cost would be an additional $13,000 due to an issue with the plywood underneath. I was never told anything about possible additional costs. After a settlement was made, the job was completed. There was damage to the window screens and a/c units and we were told that they would be repaired. They never returned. The final job came out nice, but getting to that point was not an easy task.
