Seci Construction was recommended to us by a previous customer. I chose them out of 2 other estimates and boy am I glad I did. The owner stopped by my house and after talking to him and learning things I would of never known I choose his company with full confidence. Four days later his team showed up early in the morning where I was greeted by the crew chief Renato Bonollari who laid out exactly what the plan was. I can tell you we are beyond delighted with our new roof along with new gutters and downspouts. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a new roof. The quality of the job including the newest materials being applied, the crew working with precision and on point as well as the clean up afterwards left me with complete and total satisfaction. Seci, Mandi and Florian, were incredible from start to finish! Great communicators who answered every question promptly and clearly. I’m in the construction industry, so I’m very particular about who I hire, and after interviewing over ten companies, Seci stood out right away. They are fully licensed, bonded, and provided all the proper certifications, which gave me confidence in their work. They did exactly what they promised on site, replaced every roof boot, used galvanized nails as specified, and installed the drip edge correctly, clean up was amazing! When I wasn’t able to be onsite they FaceTime me and shared pictures and videos! The craftsmanship and professionalism were top notch. I’ve already recommended Seci to neighbors and colleagues and will definitely be using them again for future projects. Very professional and showed impressive attention to detail. Had an issue with the pricing after the roof was already torn off but Cobra and Rob was able to reach an amicable solution where both my husband and I and seci construction was satisfied. Egrys stayed and worked with the team from start to finish providing updates along the way. The weather and the negotiation process played a role in the length of time it took to complete the job, as the initial 4 days turned into 5.
