He meticulously detailed Revive's company ethos, provided a deep dive into the intricacies of a complete roof system (components, ventilation, etc.), and walked me through the inspection findings. This level of detail gave me a full, confident understanding of my roof's condition and the precise scope of the project. We agreed to a full roof and gutter replacement, along with the installation of two new skylights. Seeing samples of Revive's high-quality materials confirmed we were investing in durability. The back office provided prompt and accurate sizing and pricing, allowing us to finalize the contract efficiently. The next day, the Revive machine moved into high gear. Ms. Jessica, the office manager, called to confirm all contract details, and a personalized online page was set up for real-time status tracking—a fantastic touch for transparency! This was followed by a crucial visit from Mr. Carmine, who performed a meticulous double-check and pre-installation survey to ensure absolute perfection on installation day. The installation team showed up exactly on time. Though the complexity of the job required splitting the work over two days, the roofers executed the project with perfection and surgical precision. The subsequent gutter replacement was equally flawless. Finally, Mr. Allen, the Project Manager, arrived onsite for a comprehensive final walk-through and inspection, ensuring every detail met their high standards. In summary, I am extremely satisfied with my choice. The whole team was absolutely amazing. From the first day we met Alex our sales rep, we felt so comfortable with the product and services. He was so thorough and answered every question. He was so excited to show us and teach us about their products and that excitement was contagious. If he didn’t know an answer or pricing, he connected us directly with Rob, the owner. Rob was also so kind and knowledgeable. With the two of them, it wasn’t just about selling and being pushy, they told us what to get and what we could remove to save money. They customized the package to our budget and let us feel confident in what we were getting. They were super transparent and ensured us that we could even do projects a little at a time so we weren’t swamped when it came to our budget.
