My first dealing with this company was over 20 years ago when they installed a new roof in my previous house in West Orange. After that they installed new roofs in 3 other houses belonging to other members of my family, all of them at our entire satisfaction. Now 20 years later, I asked R&G to install another roof in my new house. The level of satisfaction with this installation is extremely high. They again performed the superb job that R&G has accustomed us to. No shortcuts, attention to detail, and respect to our property. My new neighbors became jealous and several of them are hiring this company to replace their roofs. I must say that from inspection report, to price quote, to installation the level of professionalism demonstrated by this company is second to none. From the initial phone call to the initial visit to the proposal to the actual work, I was very impressed with R and G, which we hired to replace our roof. The job site supervisor who oversaw the work was incredibly personable and took time to answer questions and explain in detail the work to be done. He was very responsive whenever I reached out. It was clear he takes pride in what he does. The people in the office were also very pleasant and helpful and responsive. And the workers really did a great job. I was at home so could see how hard they worked and how they really seemed to know what they were doing. And they left the area around our home spotless! And the price was eminently fair -- less actually than what I anticipated paying. I would highly recommend R and G and would not hesitate a second to use them again.
