Larry was very professional. Mind you we live in different state than the property that needed fixing. From the first phone call my husband was very impressed on how he responded quickly and went right over to check. After he accessed the property and he gave us his recommendation and he added this if I can’t do it right I won’t take the job no sugar coating . First and formal my husband is a contractor and has been for over 40 years and he is a very good judge of character. Larry showed up when he said he would and finished the job when he said he would . Send us pictures and he went above and beyond the call of duty. We appreciate you Larry and we will recommend you to our friends and family.

Larry communicates with you throughout the entire process... He let's you know in advance when he will arrive. Once he makes his diagnosis, he documents what he finds with pictures so you can see what is actually happening in locations you don't see on top of your house. He explains what is wrong and let's you know the condition of other areas that may need attention or will need attention in the near future. In our situation, he corrected one of our leaks by rebuilding an entire section and not just spreading some sealant into cracks for a very temporary fix. You can see for yourself in my pictures. Larry is highly experienced and professional in his workmanship and very honest and trustworthy as a small business owner and gentleman. He is very reasonable in pricing and will provide you with guidance for the best long-term quality and outcome. Larry keeps his word and takes honor in the quality of his work... Qualities that are not so common in today's society.

We had a leak in our roof from a vent connected to the upstairs bathroom. I found Larry through Angie and he came by the day we reported the issue to inspect the area. He took photos and explained everything he was seeing, the area he estimated we needed to repair and what the cost would be. After picking a date for repair, he and his crew were very prompt and professional. He took more photos as the work was done so we could see the repairs and left everything looking like new. Would highly recommend his services.

I discovered ProTrends while searching online for gutter and gutter guard installation for my house and garage. The exterior of my garage was wood, with peeling paint and a missing soffit on one side—it was in rough shape. I wanted to improve its appearance by installing vinyl siding over the existing wood, as the timing and budget didn’t allow for a full replacement. I invited three contractors to assess the project. The first insisted that vinyl could not be installed over the existing wood siding. The second refused to provide an estimate for the siding until I give an answer for the gutters and guards. Larry was a great help. He was reasonable and quick as well. We had new gutters installed as well as siding and fascia roof repair. I would recommend him to everyone.
