Dan was great to work with from start to finish. He was prompt in responding and quick to inspect and diagnose the issue. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on and walked us through several potential fixes, offering different pricing options depending on what we wanted done. The pricing was fair and transparent. He was always on time, respectful, and communicated clearly throughout the process. The work was completed efficiently and on schedule, with excellent attention to detail. Dan also provided before-and-after pictures, which was very helpful. It’s clear that he’s knowledgeable and takes pride in doing the job right. Overall, it was a pleasure working with him, and I would highly recommend Dan for any future roofing work.

Dan and his partner did a great job on our porch roof and repairing wood rot underneath siding in the back of our house. He also did an extra task addressing an attic window that needed repair. He gets the job done efficiently and is fairly priced. We would use him again!

I hired Mercer Roofing and Siding to do a repair on my roof. Dan came out and he was absolutely great. The job had to be delayed a few days because of bad weather, and it was resumed as soon as it physically could be. Dan was very detailed oriented, and even did some extra work sealing up some windows and the other dormers to prevent future issues. He was great to deal with, a true professional, he cared greatly about the work he was doing, and my roof, and followed up a few weeks later to touch base after heavy rains. I should say I met Dan, through Mercer Roofing and Siding two years when my new insurance company felt some work needed to be done. I called them at the time and Dan came out and said all was fine with the roof and signed off on it. No work done (at the time). I thought the was very honest, and he seemed a good man, so when work needed to be done (two years later-the current work) I called Mercer Roofing and Siding and they did a tremendous job. I highly recommend them and I will be using. Them in the future myself.

I purchased an 1890s home last year that needed some major work done to the siding - I contacted Dan at Mercer Roofing and Siding back in the fall, but was not able to get everything in line. I called Dan this June, he came out, did a thorough assessment and showed me exactly why my siding was such a mess (and getting worse). Someone decided to 'get rid of the downspout' for the front gutter. The water was spilling down the front of my house and also going into the roofline. Dan came out and spent four days fixing by hand every element of the gutter / downspout / support. It was amazing to see his level of attention and care, and I now feel 100% confident that this house has at least part of it fixed correctly. Will I miss the orange mushroom that grew out of the siding? Not one bit, and if I ever need any work on the outside of my home again I will immediately contact Mercer Roofing and Siding. Dan communicated clearly about every step of the process, wrote out ever element of the work, and kept the entire work area spotless! Thank you !

Mercer Roofing did an amazing job on our new roof, 2 new attic fans and chimney flush. Dan the owner came out to our home on a Sunday and drove around our neighborhood with us looking at roof colors and styles. He also brought many roof color samples with him to our home. Once we decided on a few different colors Dan went out that day and brought back larger samples to our home which really helped us to chose the perfect roof. Dan and his crew are very professional and cleaned up everything after the job was finished. In the pictures I posted are after and before.
