Lifetime Construction LLC Company including its owner, William Araujo Villanueva provided excellent service and professionalism regarding the replacement of my existing roof with a new high-quality roof and performing various sheetrock repairs inside my home. From the beginning of reaching out to Lifetime Construction and William about a new roof for my townhome, there was very timely communication and replies to my inquiries. William, the owner visited my home and inspected the roof extensively, including providing a detailed report with pictures about the current state of my roof. He also spent time with me describing the issues and gave a professional overview of the process of replacing my roof including the repairs needed and materials to be used which was very helpful in assisting with the decision to move forward with the new roof replacement. Willliam guided and communicated with me every step of the way which ensured a smooth construction process for the much needed roof replacement and sheetrock repairs. Lifetime Construction’s construction crew was also very professional and experienced which resulted in an organized, timely and high-quality roof replacement and sheetrock repairs for my townhome from start to finish. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I first saw them replace my neighbor’s siding and was impressed by the work. From the first roof inspection until I got my detailed estimate, William was the consummate professional: knowledgeable, courteous and honest. He went over the materials he would be using and why. He and his team replaced my roof and gutters at a fair price, in the time they promised, and left everything clean. I’ll definitely be working with Lifetime Construction in the very near future.

Lifetime Construction did a great job on my roof repair and I highly recommend them! William was able to isolate and chalk the problem roof areas in need of repair and expertly fixed them. William and his team were absolutely outstanding! He quickly discovered my old siding had just been stacked over existing siding, and we agreed on a great price to replace everything with brand new siding, a sliding glass door, and a larger office window. When the removal revealed there was no plywood around the house (it had old original outer shell from when it was first built), William was considerate and gave me the choice to stop or properly redo the entire exterior. I even kept adding to the job by requesting stone accent be added to the front. He offered a great price for the much bigger job, and his crew impressively completed the full tear-down and rebuild in under two weeks. Honest, professional, fast, and skilled — I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

We recently had our roof redone by William and his team at Lifetime Construction LLC, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, William was exceptionally professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He guided us through every step of the process, answered all of our questions with patience, and never made us feel dismissed or rushed. His crew was efficient, respectful, and left the area spotless—even after removing the old roof, which created quite a bit of debris. What really stood out was William’s transparency and attention to detail. He didn’t take any shortcuts and even sent us detailed photos of every component of the replacement so we knew exactly what was being done. One detail that really impressed us: the next day, William came back on his own to clean out our crawl space, which sits directly beneath the roof and had collected a lot of debris during the job. It’s such a small, unused space that we never go in, and I even joked, “Oh, no one’s going to see it anyway.” Without missing a beat, he replied, “I’ll know. I take pride in my work, and I wouldn’t leave it like that.” That really speaks to the kind of contractor he is.
