Herts Roofing & Construction did an excellent job on my home. The crew was professional, on time, and made sure everything was done right. They removed the old roof, inspected the decking, and installed new shingles with care. The property was left clean after the work, and the price was fair for the quality I received. I would recommend them to anyone needing roofing or exterior work.

We really didn’t want to leave a bad review but unfortunately have to. We had a terrible experience. We are young new home buyers in the area and were taken advantage of by this company. They are extremely unresponsive / unprofessional, and it’s been an unfortunate headache. A 6 day project started in July and still hasn’t been completed… it’s October. On top of it, the door we purchased was taken and we still don’t have it after weeks of trying to get it back. We had one person working on the project the entire time, and whenever we asked when it would be done, he’d reassure us that tomorrow there would be a bunch of guys there to finish the job. That did not occur. There were constant excuses and just very little integrity. At this point, we’re taking the loss and having this be a learning lesson. Jimmy, we were always respectful, understanding, and extremely patient. I’m not sure why you would take on a job that you either didn’t have the right staff or skillset to complete.
