We recently used D& C Quality Home LLC to change the roof of our townhome . Diego was professional from the start of the project including sending a proposal , being communicative and listing the time that it will take to complete the work. On the day of work, the weather was not favorable still his men tried to start the work and when they couldn’t they came back another day as promised and completed the work. They worked fast , efficient and did a good job of post project clean up. Will definitely recommend them.

We got 3 different estimates, and they were the most reasonably priced, and didn’t threaten to raise prices if we didn’t sign immediately (yes that is common practice apparently!!). Our initial roof replacement date had to be rescheduled because of rain, and they came on Saturday morning exactly at 7am when they were scheduled. The crew set up and got to work immediately. During the roof removal Diego found that one bathroom vent wasn’t vented thru the roof and asked if it was OK to correct it, and didn’t charge us any extra. The crew worked quickly and cleaned up as they went. I’m very picky about who we allow to work on our house and have high standards and this company is hard working, honest and did an excellent job. Definitely recommend to give them a call. Edit to add- they stayed late to look for any roofing nails, and made sure the area was cleaned up, and everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Having gone thru several additions and renovations finding a good contractor is both time consuming and challenging. We were looking for a Roofer and luckily one of our trusted contractors referred us to D & C Quality Home. We met with Diego who listened to our concerns. We had a serious ventilation problem in our attic and Diego offered solutions. He was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and definitely well prepared. The roofing materials were delivered as planned. The work began very early the very next day. The entire crew was great. Definitely worked as a Team. It was all hands on deck kind of deal. They were also very meticulous in keeping things tidy.Although The job turned out to be bigger than planned as a portion of the roof needed replacement. Despite all the additional work they were able to handle and complete the entire job in one day.
