He was most respectful of my home, polite, friendly and very well versed in explaining what sets their company apart from their competitors, workmanship and material! He understood when I indicated I could not move forward with other aspects of the job financially, I was not harassed to proceed. The work and cleanup were done with quality and quickness. Apex ... what can we say! Benny and Abe are the greatest! They were extremly professional and went out of their way to make us comfortable with the jobs at hand! They treated our house like it was their own! Not only were they knowledgeable about the job and the age of the house but they were complelely honest with everything and always straight forward about what needed to be done. Told us what it is, how it is and what the outcome will be. The teams they sent out to COMPLETELY make over this 130yr old house were unbelievable. From the roof to the chimney, the siding and down to the gutters ... remarkable work! The clean up job was fantastic to the point that even our neighbors were satisfied!
