Our deck was in need of dire repair and we contacted Residential roofing and siding and as it turns out they also work on decks. E.J. and Danny were able to save the bones of the deck and just did an outstanding job making it look brand new with Trex decking. I can't say enough about the quality of there workmanship, the deck is now level and solid. I highly recommend Residential Roofing and Siding for any repairs your home may need.

They were reroofing the house next door. I had a leak around the sewerage vent on the roof of my house. I asked about repairing it. The owner said that he would take care of it and so he did. It took about a half hour of his time. He rendered no bill and refused an offer for payment. You know who I'll be using when my roof is up for a redo.

Just thought about Ed and Residential Roofing. My wife just told me she wanted to find a contractor to fix a few things around the house. I just cringed... we have had many contractors over the years starting with a complete interior rehab 25 years ago. My god.. a 90 day job turned into a year and a half. Unsatisfactory results to boot. Had others through the years promising the world and gave crap for the money. Latest was a bathroom remodel that was supposed to take 2 to three weeks. That turned into 5 months. Are you kidding!! And now I already have problems with that and those people are long gone.. Getting back to Ed, talked to him on a Friday to do a new roof, said he can do it on Tuesday and would be there by 8am. His crew was there at 7:45 am and got to work. The entire roof was stripped, all new underlay and ice shield, re-leaded the chimney and new roof was installed all in one day. To this day two years later, I have still not seen a stray nail on the ground. They cleaned and hauled away everything. If you need a new roof you call Ed at Residential roofing, hands down!! Bumped into him not long ago at Thwaites market in Methuen and he asked me how the roof was doing.. Great guy, great business he has! Just wish he or his crew did interior work...

We had some leaking around the chimney that was replaced after we had Residential Roofing replace our roof over 10 years ago. Ed promptly came out and sealed the leak around the flashing and on the chimney, which was not caused by the roof installation. He goes above and beyond to continually keep his customers satisfied.

I would highly recommend Residential Roofing and Siding company ! They did an excellent job on the vinyl siding of my house. The house looks like brand new. The Owner Ed has been in the business for 45 years. Him, his son EJ and the rest of the crews were very experienced, fast and reliable. I was in desperate need of finding a company ASAP to do vinyl siding of my house before I sell it. They only took 1 job at a time and showed up to work at my house everyday( 8 hrs ) a day until the job is done. They finished the job on the time they committed. Ed is honest and his price is very reasonable too with the quality work they perform. I would highly recommend them !
