Lane Roofing is the way to go if you need anything roof related done to your house. I called the owner Josh to get insight on replacing the roof on a house that I was planning on buying. His knowledge and expertise helped me tremendously when purchasing my first home. He was very easy to communicate with and I could not beat his pricing. Not only did his team do a phenomenal job, but they also left my yard spotless. There are a lot of roofers in NH. Save yourself the time and hassle with research and go with Lane Roofing. They will do an excellent job for an ever better price.

About 10 years ago I hired Lane Roofing to replace the entire roof on my house. They were incredibly efficient doing the whole job in just 2 days at a very fair cost. More recently I needed to do some work to upgrade my chimney which involved roofing and attic venting changes. Josh gave me a great price and his guys were terrific, very nice and respectful to me and my home. They worked hard to get the job done in one day. Thanks for the great work. Highly recommended!

This is a well-deserved review of Lane Roofing. I already knew Lane was well known in the area, as I’ve seen their signs proudly displayed on many front lawns—so naturally, they were my first call. Turns out, it was the only call I needed to make. From the beginning, Josh was easy to work with. He showed up on time and was very personable. The job I was inquiring about was a small one, which made me nervous he wouldn’t be interested. It was just a three-season porch and a shed roof. Josh was honest with me and said the main house should be done eventually but could probably wait another year. I really appreciated that he didn’t try to push unnecessary work. I told him my concern about it being such a small job, and he put me at ease, saying that small jobs still need to be done too. When it came to pricing—I couldn’t even complain. When do things ever come in under what you expect?! It was a done deal. The installation was scheduled about a month later. The crew arrived promptly, got to work, and were done in a flash. The work was done to my satisfaction, the cleanup was thorough, and all in all, the experience was an A+. I can confidently recommend Lane Roofing for any roofing project! Thank you, Lane! 🤩

I really do not like blasting businesses online, especially local companies. We contacted Lane Roofing to come and fix a roof that was not done correctly the first time. The owner (Josh) came out and met my husband to go over a quote and what work would be accomplished. The team arrived on a cold February day to tear off a shingle roof and lay the “proper roof” the next day it snowed and the roof remained covered in snow for about 10 days, when it cleared we noticed ripples in the roof and reached out to ask about it (this was middle of march) we were told that Josh himself would come out and check. Never heard from him. About April we noticed the corner pulling up (we have a good view from our bedroom) we again reached out directly to the company and never heard nor did anyone stop by. They requested payment and again we explained the issue which has never been addressed. Finally yesterday someone came out to assess and then quickly left. That raised my concern so I went and looked in the eaves to see water damage and mold from their work. We were then accused of hitting the corner of the roof with something. Never happened. This has been a battle for 6 months, we now have mold and MORE damage than we started with. We attempted to call the company and have them resolve it, but ended up being yelled at, even though we are extremely upset and pisses off that we have damage to our home from this company. The only way to ever get this fixed is to take it to social media, I will be looking into their insurance as well as their licenses. I will not have my home destroyed by a “local” company and then berated and yelled at. We also paid $400 for the fascia and soffit boards, quality work right there. Lane Roofing
