Ideal Siding Dover

Josh and his team at Ideal Siding in Dover are true professionals! They re-sided a portion of my home and they also installed aluminum over all the corner points of my three-story Victorian. Josh was great to work every step of the way, always keeping me informed on timelines and answering any questions I had. Older white siding had been removed from an area around my porch many years earlier for a renovation project. Josh helped me find the right shade of white to match the older siding (no easy task, as any and all color matching is hard -- even with white!). When it came to the aluminum corner points, Josh also helped me narrow down the almost exact color I wanted to match a shade of tan accent paint on my porches. One of the photos shows a close-up of the tan painted wood with red accent, and immediately to the left of it is the shade of aluminum trim after installation. The color match is almost seamless! I'm extremely happy with the whole team's professionalism, responsiveness, and the quality of the finished work. I will definitely have them back for a new siding project next year!

Excellent customer experience from start to finish with Josh and his team - all at a very competitive price. They recently completed work on a section of our house where the framing and sheathing behind the siding were water damaged, and we could not be happier with the result. They carefully removed the original siding without causing any damage, then reinforced the framing and replaced the sheathing with expert-level care. Afterward, they reinstalled all the original siding seamlessly, and it looks fantastic. Josh kept me informed every step of the way, clearly explaining any obstacles as they arose and making sure I was aligned with the plan throughout the process. Overall, we’re extremely satisfied with the work, and I can’t recommend Josh and his team highly enough.

I recently noticed a small hole in my Certainteed vinyl siding on the rear of my home. I called a number of vinyl siding providers and no one was interested in doing the the repair as it was a small project. Then, I spoke with Josh of Ideal Siding regarding the project. He also indicated that a small project like this would not feasible for Ideal Siding to take on. However, he spent a good 45 minutes on the phone with me exploring the best ways to address this minor repair. He even provided me with companies that sell a single vinyl panel for the repair and suggested local handyman sites to do the repair at a reasonable price. It is extremely unusual for find a provider who is so professional, knowledgeable and goes the extra step to help the customer solve his issue even a small repair issue that Ideal does not earn revenue. Starting with Josh, listening to our needs and offering solutions, continually communicating throughout the entire process and doing it all at a reasonable price. Then we had the craftsmen, Elder and Eric. Within one week, they transformed our house. Their attention to detail was very evident and we always had a very clean job site at the end of the day.
