CML Roofing redid our deck and it was a great experience! The process was very easy, they took care of the demo, permits, etc. Everyone we dealt with was professional and helpful. Our new deck looks great- would recommend!

CML, did a great job with our roof! When we contacted them about coming out to give us a quote for the roof, they were quick to respond, and talked us through the whole process. Once they came out to do the work they worked quickly and efficiently, removing two roofs( one metal, one asphalt) and putting our new asphalt roof on in one day! They were in contact with us throughout that day if there was anything else that need our sign off. There ended up being a little more rot under the old roof once they had it off, they replaced the boards and cleaned it up. Can’t say enough good things about them!

When I discovered the sills under the front windows in the house I bought three years ago were rotten, I quickly solicited quotes to right the damage. Along with one larger siding company, I called C.M.L. Roofing since I prefer working with smaller, more local vendors. Despite being told by a number of other independent contractors that there’d be a wait before anyone could help, Jonathan Dwyer came within days, gave the house a close inspection, and discussed a plan of action that included saving the windows, shoring up any weaknesses and eliminating the visible rot. I was quoted a very reasonable price that came in thousands of dollars lower than the national chain at its lowest, that also wanted to replace the relatively new windows. Both would add charges to correct any further, unforeseen damage. I was glad I went with C.M.L. Jon put my job at the front of the line to avoid any further damage from oncoming rain, and any potential increases in the price of materials. C.M.L. handled all of the paperwork permits and supply orders. Cory Stolzenburg came out with a team within the week. When further problems were exposed, an additional quote and materials arrived in an hour, and the crew worked diligently for two 10 to 12-hour days to get work done and beat forecasts. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and communicated regularly to keep me posted on progress from beginning to end. The entire area was cleaned and the house looks great. New composite siding matches the older wood on the rest of the house, and I feel better knowing we’ve taken care of some weaker elements of my old house. I got recommendations I appreciate, for other work. Even the bill came with a variety of payment options with discounts to save more. I’ll be calling C.M.L. again.
