We contacted a roofing company to replace our 25-year-old roof, based on strong recommendations from our neighbors. Initially, when I requested a quote, the salesperson seemed rushed and said it wasn’t necessary to inspect the areas I was concerned about, which made me hesitant. He seemed just there to drop off the proposal, which included a lot of slick collateral from the roofing manufacturer. We decided to do nothing. A year later, a vent cover blew off during a windstorm, and I decided to call Mark Cahill of Cahill Roofing, whom I knew personally. Mark promptly fit us into his schedule before a major rainstorm, preventing potential damage to our home. While he was there, I asked for a quote on a new roof. Mark spent time inspecting the roof and discussing various issues, including the venting system, gutter problems, and flashing installation by the builder. Mark's expertise, with over 30 years of experience, was evident as he thoroughly diagnosed our needs. Although his quote was higher than the another vendor's, it was comprehensive and addressed all the issues we discussed and a clearer cost estimate. This included flashing for two brick chimneys, a rusty furnace pipe replacement, and a problematic area where the roof meets a vertical wall and the brick front. The value of addressing all my concerns and preventing future problems far exceeded the additional investment. Mark's proposal was detailed and transparent, fitting within the expected price range for our roof size and complexity. The installation process was a testament to Mark's quality and thoroughness. His communication was clear and accurate, and his crew worked diligently, protecting our property throughout installation. Mark's team completed the bulk of the work in two days, while he was here an additional two days doing prep and detailed work before and after. The finished product was outstanding, and I wish I had done this 25 years ago!

Called Cahill roofing to have the my roof on the garage re-shingled. Talked to Mark and he gave us an affordable quote for premium materials. He had planned on doing my roof on a Saturday, but because of the weather, he pulled his amazing crew together and did my roof the same day as my neighbors roof. This company goes above and beyond to do high quality work with premium materials for an affordable price. They did an amazing job on the cleanup as well. Mark even came back on Saturday to finish up some trim work and double checked the yard for clean up. I highly recommend this company if you need work on your roof. When we decided to have our Londonderry roof replaced, we knew who had done an extraordinary on our Nashua Condo. Mark gave us a competitive quote, then stopped by to take a close look the night before. He said he would be here at 7:00am and was here on time and the work started, he was more concerned about our dogs having access to the yard then we were. Mark and the crew found additional issues and kept us informed the whole day. The final product was delivered with quality, quickly, on-budget, and most importantly with integrity. If anyone is "on-the-fence" choose Cahill!!!

I got quotes from four recommend roofing contractors. This company stood out. The others had separate salespeople, sales managers, office staff, etc. They were all reaching out to me. I didn't want to pay for that... just the roof please. Mark had a unique no nonsense sales approach. He gave me a number. The others wouldn't give me a solid price unless I committed first!?. Mark's number was pretty much lower than what the others were hinting at. I didn't get a quote from any new companies. The other companies were claiming how much better their materials were the money they spent helping the community, etc. Mark communicated with me through the entire process. He was the crew foreman. He was one of the most meticulous contractors I have hired. I was impressed by his workmanship and integrity.
