My brother hired them in May of 2025 to install a steel roof, siding, and replace doors on my mother's house after my father passed away. When they removed the existing shingles from the roof they found weather damaged rotten wood because the roof didn't have ice and water shield when built. They communicated the roof needed to be repaired. Understandably, the roofing project took longer than expected until the end of summer, so about 4 months. They were able to put some siding on but were supposed to finish the whole job in the fall as my mother had to return to her house. When she returned to the house there was a mess and the worker's didn't return for weeks until they were asked to atleast clean up the mess. Since September they have said they are waiting on material and that the siding and doors will be here next week and the job will be completed. Week after week we don't hear or see anything from them. The last message returned was that the doors and siding material will be in next week and the entire project will be completed by the end of October. We haven't heard back from them since and when we reach out to ask it's the same excuses that they are waiting on material. They have already been paid and it doesn't make sense that material would take this long. It's December now. It seems they have moved on to work on other jobs they owe work to and that we are getting the run around at this point. It's very frustrating that my elderly widowed mother has to deal with the stress of her house being left a mess. I hope they will properly finish this job soon and offer us a discount for the inconvenience this has caused. I will update this review hopefully with positive results when the job has been completed. I just wish there would be better communication at least.

If you're considering hiring this company, I’d strongly advise against it. Our experience was a complete nightmare. The team was unprofessional, inexperienced, constantly behind schedule, and left a mess. What should’ve been a small room addition dragged on for a year. Mistakes were constant—roof framing redone three times, windows twice, and poor-quality tile work that took months. They even installed French doors upside down and used our tools because they had none of their own. We eventually had to take over the project ourselves just to get it finished. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

LMC Home Remodeling did a fantastic job on my new roof. The technician and his team care about their clients and go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Communication was great, and although there were a few hiccups along the way, I am extremely happy with the final result. Their prices are reasonable and comparable to, if not better than, other companies I contacted. I highly recommend you talk to them if you need roofing work done.

LMC provided us with a quick response and well done job on our garage roof. We called for an estimate and they were at our home 45 minutes later providing us a fair estimate and one week later they were here to do the work. In 3 hours they stripped, shingled and cleaned up. They did a great job cleaning up. We would definitely recommend them for any roofing you need done.
