I've been around many roofers in several states during my early career in the trades, and CMRoM is by a longshot the best crew I've ever dealt with. New roof looks beautiful too of course. Money well spent here.

Best metal roofing company around. Call this business if you want a professional job done and done right. They were here when they said they would be and finished on time ! Ryan and Tyler are the best!. Everything was cleaned up when they were done. And were very professional when here. You may have to wait for a slot but well worth it. LOVE THE NEW METAL ROOF!😀

We were very pleased with the standing seam metal roof that Custom Metal Roofs of Maine installed on our house. Our house has seven gables and they were clearly the BEST roofers for the complex job. Ryan and Tyler were great to work with and led an amazing crew on-site that worked effectively and efficiently to get the job done. Kevin and Randy were very professional and timely to work with from the administrative side of getting an estimate, answering questions and scheduling the job. We knew we wanted a metal roof and had some trepidation given the stories we've heard from friends about OTHER metal roof companies in our area. Excellent experience before, during and after install. Worked primarily with Randy and Ryan, and they both provided professional and expert advice and work at all phases of construction. They were prompt in providing quotes and follow-up communication, and did the job exactly when they said they would. The completed roof is perfect, and they left the job site pristine. The product is very nice. The people who actually install the roof are very kind and polite. However, when we questioned some aspects of the completed job Kevin was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I told him so directly. I give the business one star (plus I can't give zero stars) because he actually did come the next day to view the roof, something he failed to do prior to the job though. He noted that if he resolved the issue I would just complain about something else, and that in his 30 years of working in the business he never had a customer with such ridiculous complaints. Meanwhile it looked like a tree fell on the corner of the roof it was so dented over. He did repair the roof promptly, however I was literally belittled during the process at my own home. I dread if we have an issue with the roof in years to come because it will be very taxing to have to communicate with this company.
