Couldn't be more happy with the experience we had with Couto Construction. From start to finish the work was professional and swift. Our project advisor Tiler, made the initial process easy and affordable. We were in an emergency situation and he was able to make the job happen in less than a week. The office staff assisted in scheduling this job in such a short time. We received constant communication from the company reassuring their commitment to the work with updates on starting date and time. Weather permitting. Repair day came and despite the cold and windy weather both Claudinea and Rodrigo performed all necessary work to our Damaged Ridge vent. They kept us informed of the job from start to finish with photos while doing the repairs. We were able to ask questions along the way so we felt confident with what was being installed. Their work was efficient and professional. They left no traces of roofing materials at all after the work was completed. I would highly recommend Couto Construction for anyone in need of repairs.

The Couto Construction team did an outstanding job in replacing our aging roof. From the quoting, supplies, replacement, cleanup and finish work, everything worked like clockwork. The team was very professional and worked very efficiently. A special shoutout to the Couto Construction Program Manager Jeremy Boutin who ensured that everything fell into place as planned. Jeremy explained to us everything that was going on, answered all our questions and, once the job was completed, made sure that we were happy with the results and that all our expectations were met. Rodrigo and William just completed replacing some of the fascia on my 6 year old home. They were very professional with their work. They cleaned up after working. They explained everything that they would be doing. They checked both sides of the house that they had worked on and added extra nails where necessary in areas. My trim looks beautiful again.
