Doug Grieco from JP Carroll Roofing came out and gave us an estimate on a roof replacement & Jocelyn got us scheduled pretty quickly -thankyou! A special thankyou to project manager Anthony & foreman Danni on the job that they did considering the inclement weather at times and working into the darkness to get things cleaned up the for night before they left. It was nice having a group of guys that were personable and friendly. Anthony kept us informed on the happenings of the project. The roof came out fantastic and we are getting compliments from neighbors on how good it looks. Would highly recommend! Thanks again to Anthony & Danni!

We are very pleased with everything about JP Carroll Roofing. We received a business flyer in the mail stating JP Carroll was working in the area. It was a week or so but I finally called and made an appointment. Everyone from JP Carroll were Very Professional from the beginning to completion. Steve Czaplak. came to our home to make an evaluation as to what exactly was necessary. Steve let us know what he saw and what he thought should be done. We felt Steve was very upfront and honest about what was needed and we made an appointment for the next day to have our roof replaced. He went through every step with us and told us how things would happen. The next day the crew showed up on time and jumped right in. Anthony Lacafta was the job foreman and took care of all of the leg work so Edison and the other men working on the roof didn't have to stop what they were doing. Anthony was outstanding and kept the work going smoothly. They unloaded their truck with all of the tools and gear they needed. The set up the job site and got right to work removing the old roof and replaced damaged plywood. Everything was put in the dumpster that was supplied. Just had our roof replaced by JP Carroll Roofing. It was the most amazing experience I have had with a contracting company. I can’t say enough from the first phone call to set up the appointment with the estimator, Malcom, who was wonderful, even held up the color of the shingles against the house so I could decide on the color, to the start of the job which was only a week to the day from my first appointment. It couldn’t have gone smoother. Mike was my project manager and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy during the whole process. He took his time to explain everything to me the day they started the job and kept me up to date on the progress. The roofing team were very professional and worked like a well oiled machine. Beautiful workmanship. I highly recommend JP Carroll Roofing if you need to have your roof replaced.

We just had our roof replaced today by JP Carroll Roofing and we are extremely happy after the work was completed. First, I want to give hats off to James Amayi-Kelley who did the initial roof inspection. He was very thorough and friendly. He took his time to explain things to me and answered all my questions. The crew showed up at the scheduled time. The workers were awesome. Never seen a bunch of hard workers like them. Second, I want to thank Project Manager Mike Consolini who made sure everything went smooth. He kept me informed throughout the project and constantly sent pictures along the way, so I knew what was getting done. Lastly, I want to thank Lee Magowan, the Quality Control Manager who showed up to make sure that I was happy with the work and the quality of the product. After all that is said and done, I have an awesome new roof and you cannot tell that I even had roofers here because they did a great job cleaning up. So I recommend without any reservations, if you’re looking to have your roof done and you want it done by professionals who are friendly and knowledgeable and have and outstanding product go with JP Carroll Roofing

Steven Romano PM and Crew Miguel were great. They kept me informed of progress and everything going on while I was at work. Everything explained prior is what was done and no hidden things or misquotes were done. They completed the job effectively and quickly and were very precise. The cleanup was especially nice as I have 3 young children who play outside they made sure everything was spotless and it all started from the prep of making sure drop zones for debris were covered. Definitely will recommend and use them for service again. Very responsive to all needs and everything else to create a complete customer experience.
